The municipality of Kechnec offers cooperation on projects in several ways:

financial partnership with the municipality of Kechnec (equity partnership, PPP project)
possibility to manage the project, in case of interest also gradual transfer of the project to the investor on the basis of individual negotiations
other types of partnerships with the municipality of Kechnec (with contribution of materials and technology)

Preparation of the property-legal settlement of the land, including the processing and signing of the purchase contract based on the results of geological analyses.
Preparation of the geometric plan by a surveyor.
The municipality is the building authority, which ensures the building agenda (zoning decision, building permit).
The investor independently decides on the selection of contractors (designers, engineering, etc.), the municipality acts as an advisory body in this process, which draws attention to possible risks.
