Patients who have not yet been registered with another doctor come for an examination without a voucher and sign a “Health Care Agreement”.

Patients who have been registered with another doctor will be issued with a certificate after signing the agreement, on the basis of which they will visit their current doctor and collect their medical documentation, its description or bring a certificate of de-registration.
